New Directions is a local project that helps unemployed young women (18-30) build a better future through FREE employability support and life skills development.
The support is offered in and around Rushmoor, Hart and Camberley with a drop-in and workshop hub at the Aldershot Enterprise Centre in Aldershot.
The support we offer includes 1:1 guidance with hands-on employability support such as writing and updating CVs, drafting cover letters, applying online, and job interview practice.

Festive Finance made easy
Save Smart for Christmas – FREE budgeting workshop and voucher
Start planning and saving for Christmas early! Join our friendly team for a fun, practical workshop to reduce festive financial stress. Lunch is provided by New Directions.
Course content
• Create a household budget plan and share ideas for Christmas savings
• Identify practical hints and tips to save money on Christmas presents
• Refresh maths skills to help with budgeting your Christmas
• Receive a gift voucher to help reduce the cost of Christmas – lunch is provided

Eligibility
Courses for adults 19+ without Level 2/GCSE maths (grade 4/C) or Functional Skills Level 2. Those with a Level 2 qualification may also qualify if they can show their numeracy skills need refreshing to boost career prospects.
